Who is responsible for the state Cyrus is currently in? Don't worry, I won't do anything foolish such as wanting revenge, but I would like to know who did it and how it was done. Educational purposes, you could say, since he is now talking more nonsense than usual.

To everyone who is still sane, something needs to be done, now. Tomoe is restrained and locked up after showing no sign of cooperation. The only thing left to do is restraining those who were taken over and, in the worst case, killing them.

Remember that people will come back after they die so there should be no hesitation if you are forced to eliminate someone. It is for our safety. However, I'm sure that most of you would rather not kill so try to aim for non vital regions.

Those capable of fighting, get together in groups, don't risk doing anything alone. We don't know how much stronger these people are now, and according to Tomoe they supposedly have enhanced strength and possibly increased speed. The goal is to incapacitate and imprison them for now as we still don't have a definite cure for this. If you are willing to kill someone for experimental sakes, you have my blessing. We don't have much of a choice at this point.
