A seal? Or is this something suppressing my wavelength...? Why can I not use what I was made to fight with? Nothing I tried today has worked. This... should not be possible... nor should it be a lasting effect. A seal received in battle would wear off eventually. But this...

You could call White Fang a security and research organization.

In theory, yes. In reality? No. Celestial Being is often too caught up in the personal affairs of the members. Additionally, they tend to run into their doom without thinking, so White Fang is indefinitely more efficient.

That is true. Those without power are definitely better off right now. I would like to investigate the cause of this, though. Could it have anything to do with the woman that appeared on top of the clocktower a few days ago? Even if we defeated her, this might be an aftereffect.

That is a possibility. She appeared and then this happened. Aside from what has been publicly mentioned on the networks, perhaps we should consult the girl in the temple? It seems as good a place as any.

Also, I would like to talk with you later about possibly compiling a dossier for distribution within White Fang of known troublemakers in the city... It would certainly help our job in maintaining order.

That sounds like a good idea. I have started keeping records of incidents in the past weeks to keep track of certain patterns that might become apparent. A dossier of troublemakers would definitely be a useful addition.
