Tomoe is most certainly up to something. His project is in a very early stage, but I was able to locate several texts on genetics and other small items that would point one in the direction of genetic manipulation.

Also, there were....tubes with an odd fluid in them. I sensed life within them. They moved, shook a bit. Something is definitely not right.

Genetic manipulation? Would that even be possible with the equipment in this place? I suppose as long as he hasn't accomplished anything yet, he doesn't pose an immediate threat.

As for the fluid... That should be investigated. Do you think you could bring a sample outside? We might find out more if we can get someone to analyze it.

Knock three times, then twice. I highly doubt I was followed, and I am positive I was not seen, but on the off case I will employ safety measures.

It appears that this Tomoe person is indeed attempting some sort of genetic manipulative experiment. Upon further inspection, he is having difficulty finding an adequate power supply, and is resulting to primitive methods to construct one.
